Soft washing uses low pressure with cleaning solutions for suitable surfaces such as siding and roofs. Pressure washing is generally used on more durable surfaces. We assess the material before recommending a method.
What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pricing depends on the areas being cleaned, their size and condition, and access. Contact Jason for a free, property-specific estimate.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Yes. Tell us all the areas you would like cleaned so we can prepare one clear estimate. Ask about our fall gutter-cleaning special and yearly maintenance plans.
Can I combine several services?
Yes. We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning throughout Nassau and Suffolk, including storefronts and managed properties.
Do you clean businesses as well as homes?
We’ll confirm access and water requirements beforehand. Close windows, move small personal items from the work area, and tell us about any loose surfaces, electrical fixtures or sensitive areas.
How should I prepare for an appointment?
Results depend on the material, stain and surface condition. We assess problem areas and explain expectations; complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
